BONUS MATERIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of downloadable bonus material ("Bonus Material") made available to purchasers of the books by Robert L. Short ("Book"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Bonus Material, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant

You, the purchaser of the Book, are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bonus Material solely for your personal use within your professional role as a manager in your company and for the purpose of enhancing your management skills. This license is strictly limited to your individual use within the context of your own professional development. It may not be transferred, shared, distributed, or otherwise made available to others, whether inside or outside your organization.

2. Restrictions

You agree that the Bonus Material provided is for your exclusive use as a purchaser of the Book. You may not:

• Distribute, share, or provide access to the Bonus Material to any other person or entity, including colleagues, employees, or third parties.

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Bonus Material in any form.

• Use the Bonus Material for any commercial purpose beyond your personal management development or outside of your role as a manager in your company.

• Publicly display, perform, or otherwise exploit the Bonus Material in any manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement.

If you believe that others would benefit from the Bonus Material, we encourage you to recommend that they purchase their own copy of Lead Forward! to gain access to these valuable resources.

3. Copyright Notice

The Bonus Material, along with all content in the Book, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is protected by copyright laws and is the intellectual property of the author, Robert L. Short, and Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Bonus Material is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting or destroying any copies of the Bonus Material in your possession. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Bonus Material and destroy any copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bonus Material is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty of any kind. Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Bonus Material for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinite Possibilities Publishing LLC, the author, or any affiliated party be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Bonus Material, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada, USA.
